The next bug (well, actually, it looks colorful and pretty, so maybe
it is a feature) must be due to a very recent change.
I did:
emacs-21.3.50 -q --eval "(progn (blink-cursor-mode 0) (show-paren-mode t)
(setq show-paren-style 'parenthesis))"
Then:
C-x C-f colors.el
Then I type in colors.el:
(setq aa 1)
After typing the second paren, the entire window, except for the
"(setq aa 1)" gets colored in show-paren-match-face. If we then type
`]', most of the window gets colored in show-paren-mismatch-face.
