With some extension, the current display engine of Emacs will have a facility to display a fairly complex formula if there exist sufficient fonts. But, it doesn't mean that we can provide a real wysiwyg facility. Current Emacs doesn't have a way to print the buffer contents as is. Perhaps, the current TeX/LaTeX mode can be enhanced so that, upon users request, it displays mathmatical part as something like a printed image. But still, we can't simularte, text fonts, the line spacing, line breaking of TeX. --- Ken'ichi HANDA handa@m17n.org
