There's lot's of fanciness that Savannah can do to _take_advantage_ of
arch, but with the most recent release, there is most likely nothing
they need to do to merely _support_use_of_arch_.

In particular, we've taken the trouble to ensure that if you can put 
up an ordinary tree of static web pages, that arch can mirror your 
archive into that tree.   Savannah support or action is not a
bottleneck, afaik.
