This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.

Your bug report will be posted to the bug-gnu-emacs@gnu.org mailing list,
and to the gnu.emacs.bug news group.

In GNU Emacs 21.3.2 (sparc-sun-solaris2.8, Motif Version 2.1.0)
 of 2003-06-02 on phoebus
configured using `configure --prefix=/opt/local --x-includes=/usr/openwin/include --x-libraries=/usr/openwin/lib --with-x-toolkit=motif'
Important settings:
  value of $LC_ALL: nil
  value of $LC_COLLATE: nil
  value of $LC_CTYPE: nil
  value of $LC_MESSAGES: nil
  value of $LC_MONETARY: nil
  value of $LC_NUMERIC: nil
  value of $LC_TIME: nil
  value of $LANG: C
  locale-coding-system: nil
  default-enable-multibyte-characters: t

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Using the buffer menu via Ctrl-Btn1 (<C-down-mouse-1>) doesn't go to
the selected buffer if you continue to hold the Ctrl key down (as I am
used to doing). You need to release the Ctrl key before releasing
Btn1 to get it to work.

I don't have this problem with 21.2.1 on WIN32 or with 20.3.1 on
Solaris. (And also other previous versions on both platforms.)

Thanks,

	-Ken

I don't see that behavior on:

In GNU Emacs 21.3.1 (i386-pc-solaris2.7, X toolkit)

Using the buffer menu via Ctrl-Btn1 (<C-down-mouse-1>) doesn't go to
the selected buffer if you continue to hold the Ctrl key down (as I am
used to doing). You need to release the Ctrl key before releasing
Btn1 to get it to work.

If a Solaris user wants to debug this, we could perhaps put in
a workaround.
