Dear Dr. Emacs:

Based on the quality of your past publications, we invite you to present
your next paper at SSGRR-2003s conference (July 27 at 2.00pm till August 4 at 10.00am, 2003),
in L'Aquila (near miles away from), Italy (hosted by Telecom Italia Learning Services).
Opening keynote speech by Nobel Laureate Harold Kroto;
each year, the opening keynote slot was reserved for a Nobel Laureate.
All details of this invitation are given on the WWW site of the conference (www.ssgrr.it).
Please, check the details, and let us know if you are interested,
by sending the title/abstract of your paper, as soon as possible, but not later than April 30, 2003.

Please, respond to ssgrr2003s@vreme.yubc.net

All past conferences were a great success.
Of course, you can come even without a paper, but if you have a paper to present,
your conference fee will be waived, and you will have to pay only for the air ticket
and the stay at SSGRR (it is the policy of this conference that all participants stay at SSGRR premises,
to maximize the synergistic interraction among participants - all VIPs).

You are also welcome to join SSGRR-2004w (from January 26 at 2pm till February 1 at 10am, 2004),
and the details are on the WWW, too.

Of course, if you do not like to be informed about the future SSGRR conferences, let us know.

Professor Dr. V. Milutinovic, General Chairman,
Fellow of the IEEE
