I don't see any warning neither.  I'm also using Emacs CVS
support.

I've just checked out emacs as this:
% cvs -d :ext:handa@subversions.gnu.org:/cvsroot/emacs co -d emacs-head emacs

From now on, I'll commit from this working directory
"emacs-head".  Is that the right way?
