Hi,
From the Emacs tutorial for Emacs21 --
>> Move the cursor to the beginning of a line and type <Delete>. This
merges that line with the previous line.
This is incorrect, it will actually delete the character underneith the
point. Correct wording should either be
>> Move the cursor to the end of a line and type <Delete>. This merges that
line with the next one.
Or
>> Move the cursor to the beginning of a line and type <Backspace>. This
merges that line with the previous line.
