  I can't seem to turn off CVS mode from my emacs sessions.  Whenever
I try to edit code in a directory with a 'CVS/' subdir, it gets into
an annoying CVS VC mode that makes everything difficult.  I very much
like the Perforce mode, but the CVS one just gets in my way.  How
exactly do I disable this mode?
