elisp-*.texi should exist in lispref, but they should not be in info.
elisp-covers.texi exists in lispref, but emacs-vol*.texi are missing.
(I don't have them in info, either.)
Can you check those two files in, in lispref, so they don't get lost?
emacs.op and emacs.ops are files created in formatting the Emacs
manual. They should not be in CVS at all.
