Subject: {previous,next}-matching-history-element suggestion
Date: Sat, 22 Jun 2002 07:24:23 -0700 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <200206220724.aa22542@gremlin-relay.ics.uci.edu> (raw)
It would be nice if {previous,next}-matching-history-element would
behave in the same way as searching through history in readline
(C-r and C-s for libreadline based applications).
IE it would be nice if the search was incremental, with matches shown
in the minibuffer as soon as they happen.
