For the next couple of weeks, would people please start using the RC
branch (which will be released as 21.3) rather than the trunk?  We
would like to make 21.3 as stable as possible.

Please send mail to the list if you use the RC branch.

Eli, can you send precise instructions for how to check out this
branch?
