What I meant to say was that a double-quoted string is automatically colorized in HTML-Fill mode (with the .emacs settings I have). The following double-quoted string is meant to have a double-quote within the string that is one of the characters WITHIN the string (not meant to terminate the string), this is usually done by proceeding the double-quote with a backslash character (\"), but this does not work (the string is terminated by the backslash proceeded double-quote, then a new string is started by the last double-quote). " \t\n\r\f.,;\'\"-!`:?" Is this a bug or is there some way to tell the "colorizer parser" that I want to put a double-quote WITHIN a double-quoted string.
