In Emacs 21.2 on my X display, the text box cursor doesn't change
between hollow and filled correctly. This worked in 21.1.

I think this is due to a change I made in how Emacs decides whether it
has input focus. Subsequently I asked for help from X experts and
received a long and complicated description of the right way to do
this. I have not had time to implement it. Would anyone like to
implement it?
