    Are you talking about cperl-perldoc, which already exists, or
    something else?

Someone said there was no way to access perldoc and posted one,
saying it was "ugly but works".

If we already have a good facility to access perldoc, maybe we don't
need another.  I don't know Perl myself and I am not sure whether we
already have a good facility for this.  Can you tell me if we do?

If there is a cleaner Emacs Lisp program for this, but it is
not in Emacs, we might want to install it IF we can get papers
for it.  Do people think that is clean?  Would someone
like to contact its author?
