The Emacs manual should index how to insert characters by name, in
particular Unicode characters. `i insert' shows nothing for characters.
The target node is `Inserting Text' - this is about command
`ucs-insert'.
In GNU Emacs 23.3.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
of 2011-03-10 on 3249CTO
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (4.5) --no-opt --cflags
-Ic:/imagesupport/include'
