There appears to be only one unrelated change after 99384.  Did you test it
with FSF GDB too?

If you wish to help with development of GDB in Emacs in the longer term, you
would need the latest FSF GDB from the CVS repository at sourceware and the
latest Emacs from the savannah, as well as a Mac and Apple GDB to test it on
this platform.
