[Your translation, though of course partial, is fine!] As per my previous message, Emacs preloads many files, and one of them is simple.el[c]. The concern was that simple.elc was being loaded -again- at the normal Emacs startup; it turns out that it was being -used-, but not -loaded-, at that time. Davis -- This product is sold by volume, not by mass. If it appears too dense or too sparse, it is because mass-energy conversion has occurred during shipping.
