Please note that Gentoo already uses system-process-attributes in some
code [1], which is still marked as experimental (and "package masked").
Presumably things will be marked as stable some time after the Emacs
23.1 release.

It would spare us some hassle if that name was _not_ changed between
23.1 and 23.2.
