I am working regularly with a =20 setup like yours, and I never hit this error when scrolling too much. =20= You could examine GNU Emacs's behaviour when you launch it without =20 system and/or user init files, i.e., with the options "--no-init-=20 file" ( or -q) resp. "--no-site-file" =96 does the same error occur =20 here? Then the other init file is faulty.
