Subject: bug#29691: 25.3; Flashing characters in large window and large files

Hello,
I have the problem that parts of the edited files are flashing
significantly. This occurs especially when using large windows. It is
reproducable, but not always observable. I could not figure out, what
exactly is triggering the behaviour. I try to attach a screen recording
showing the error for reference. In the video I do nothing, pure emacs idling
on a nxml file.
Regards,
Sven
