The wrapping was done by my MUA.

buffer-file-name is a variable defined in `C source code'.
Its value is
"/mnt/effie/foo.bar/www/mulang/basket_options.php"
Local in buffer basket_options.php; global value is nil
Automatically becomes buffer-local when set in any fashion.
