bug#5714: 23.1; request new message: "blink-matching-paren-distance exceeded"

REQUEST FOR FEATURE:

Please add a new message in place of "parenthesis mismatch" when
the mismatch is due to the blink-matching-paren-distance variable.

Such as "blink-matching-paren-distance exceeded".
