I haven't tried an X build. Precisely, to reproduce: $ emacs -Q -nw M-x run-python RET and that's it. It doesn't happen for Emacs 22.2 on my Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) machine, which has a different Python build, btw: Python 2.5 (r25:51918, Sep 19 2006, 08:49:13) [GCC 4.0.1 (Apple Computer, Inc. build 5341)] on darwin Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information. Any tips for debugging this problem? I'm keen to see it fixed because it's a bit of a showstopper for me.
