When i use
                      C-x C-f /cloud@opt:/home/scratch/file.txt <RET>
I get the following error what does this mean? how to fix it
                      ftp> open opt
                      ftp: connect: Connection refused

Cloud

p.s. cloud is the login for that machine opt
