I have just compiled the emacs windows version from CVS but find no info files.
How could I generate it? Thanks.

You need to download and install the Windows port of the GNU Texinfo
package.  The program called `makeinfo' in that package will generate
the Info files from the *.texi files you find in the `man' directory.
