It's wishful that X11 and Cocoa Emacs 23 use the font(s) or fontset=20 (s) the user wishes to use. Usually *your* fonts are substituted with =20= rather exotic choices ... For me the Monaco or NimbusMono =93=94 are substituted from STHeiti, a =20= proportional font outside CJK. Both Monaco and NimbusMono have =84, =93, = =20 =93, =94 ...
