Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
This is not hanged emacs ofc. It occour when running java #class# with "start-process-shell-command".
Everything is hanged, cannot do anything i emacs. Emacs cant even refresh its window content. But window process list says its "Running".
