describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of
the bug:
When I visit a file whose file name contains one of the letters
`å',
`ä', `ö', `Å', `Ä' or `Ö' the file name is displayed correctly in
the
mode line, but in the buffer menu an unfilled square is
displayed before
each occurence of one of the letters mentioned. The
same happens when `frame-title-format' is set to
"%b".
