I am using the Cygwin emacs-x11 binary from the console (i.e. I do not use Cygwin/X, at least not directly). I've noticed I can scroll the emacs window with the mouse wheel, which is fine, but I can't position the cursor by clicking. Should I be able to? TBH I was surprised I was able to scroll...
