Search the documentation for hide-ifdef, eg M-x apropos RET
hide-ifdef RET.

With point on an #ifdef conditional, try C-c C-n to goto next part of
the #ifdef conditional, C-c C-p to go to the previous.  Try C-c C-u to
go up to the containing conditional, from any line.
