hi, I got this msg:

Saving Settings from "emacs -q" would overwrite existing customiztions.

whenever I click save options from Emacs menu. I didn't start Emacs by
"emacs -q" though. I use  runemacs.exe. How can I save options then?

What version of Emacs is that?  Do you have a "~/.emacs" file, and if
so, in what directory?

FWIW, I couldn't reproduce this with the current development version
of Emacs, but maybe your setup with .emacs is in some aspects
different from mine.
