Define an environment variable HOME that points to some other
directory, where you do have write access.

Hi
I just installed emacs 21.3 on windows 2000 while logged in as admin, now I
am a user and trying to save a file, I get "Creating directory: permission
denied, c:/.emacs.d" well I want to save the file under my user/directory.
What is the go with this?
