You need to add the directory "C:\Program Files\R\R-2.5.0\bin" to
your Path.

The above directory is not in Path, so perhaps just adding it will
solve the problem.

Note that you will need to restart Emacs after you modify Path,
otherwise Emacs will not notice the change.
