With two lists the problematic part is now to add the lists, as the following is failing.

(defun captr-tmplt-writing ()
   (interactive)
   (message "tmplt-writing")
   (setq captr-tmplt-writing tmplt-tdr)
   (add-to-list 'captr-tmplt-writing tmplt-uwdiving)
   (setq org-capture-templates captr-tmplt-writing) )
