Do I require org-tempo to use org-structure-template-alist?
----- code ------
(require 'org-tempo)
(add-to-list 'org-structure-template-alist '("sh" . "src shell"))

the main user of it is `org-insert-structure-template` (bound to C-c
C-, by default).
