Have been using `highlight-sexp' using hooks
(add-hook 'lisp-mode-hook 'highlight-sexp-mode)
(add-hook 'emacs-lisp-mode-hook 'highlight-sexp-mode)
Would like to enable highlight-sexp-mode as buffer local (`on' or `off').
How could this be done?
