Will simplify. How can I detect a comment line composed of ";", "+", "-",
or "." because I want to insert the string if I find the following lines
First one is comment composed of ";", second one is comment composed of "+",
and the rest are comments composed of "-" and ".".
The comments could also start at any column.
;; ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
