When I try to turn full justification (M-> M-x fill-paragraph) on for a
400k file i get the following error:
"fill prefix to long for specified width"
Only a small part of the text is justified.
Why do I get his error?
How can I full justify all of my text?
What am I doing wrong?

I used M-x set-justification-full.

Actually this works ok for a fixed width font. It does not fully justify
text rendered in a proportional font (such as times). Is there a work
around for this problem?
