I wonder what may require more than 5 tabs at the same moment. I remember trying Conkeror browser (http://conkeror.org) and Firefox plugins for Emacs keys, it seemed unnatural for me. So I switched to emacs-w3m for all text pages (manuals, references - work materials mostly). I even switched off tabs in emacs-w3m for the browser "windows" to act like normal Emacs buffers, which they are (but I use `w3m-select-buffer' a lot). Filipp
