Sebastien -

There is a gmane.emacs.bbdb.user newsgroup which mirrors the
bbdb-info@lists.sourceforge.net mailing list.

You may want to try asking this question there.  I haven't been
following the BBDB3 conversations closely but I know there are plenty of
them happening on that list.
