Hi all,
As you know in gtk emacs, the tool-bar-icon won't change as the gtk
icon theme changes. I'd like to replace some icons without root
privilege. However setting image-load-path in user init file has no
effect for the toolbar. Any ideas?
Thanks,

That seems like a bug to me.

It seems that emacs initiates tool bar before loading user init
file.
Any idea how a user with no root access can change the toolbar
icons?
Thank you.
