Hi I have this problem
Waiting for Emacs...
*ERROR*: Invalid byte code
in /usr/local/share/emacs/23.0.60/lisp/emacs-lisp/cl-seq.elc
when i try to execute
#!/bin/bash
emacsclient -s nano -c "$@"
before the cvs update everything works nicely....
Do you know what could be the problem?

Sounds like a bug. I would try to recompile the latest CVS version, and
if it doesn't work, submit a bug report.
As an interim solution, try simply deleting
/usr/local/share/emacs/23.0.60/lisp/emacs-lisp/cl-seq.elc.
