Hi all,

When I open a file under svn, `C-x v a' brings up an empty ChangeLog
buffer while for a file under rcs it can populate the buffer with the
Changes.

I used to think that the function has not been implemented in vc-svn
but somebody just told me it works for them.

Can someone help me figure this out?

Tested with 'emacs -Q' and
GNU Emacs 22.0.92.1 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.10.8) of
2007-01-22

Thanks,
