Hi,

For some reason this isn't highlighting a buffer first time.  I have to 
disable it, then turn it back on for each buffer.  Anyone know why?  I'd 
like it to automatically highlight a buffer when it's loaded, rather 
than have to disable then re-enable font-lock-mode!

My .emacs is rather lengthy but here is the section set via 'save options'.
