On a related note: the INIT-VALUE LIGHTER KEYMAP optional args should
really be deprecated in favor of the use of keyword arguments.
Also, we should emphasize that in 99.9% of the cases, :init-value
and :keymap args should not be used.
Of course, we have the problem currently that if no keyword arg is
provided, we can't easily distinguish the BODY from the (potential)
INIT-VALUE, LIGHTER, and KEYMAP args.
