BTW, it's recommended to use `expand-file-name` instead of `concat` to
combine a directory name and a relative file name.

E.g.

     (cssRoot (file-name-as-directory
               (expand-file-name (format-time-string "%Y" myToday)
                (expand-file-name "css" siteRoot))))
