Hi,
Not really specifically an emacs question, but I haven't gotten answers
anywhere else. Using a mac, is it possible to use the touch pad to scroll
up and down in emacs over ssh? currently, it scrolls the terminal, but not
the emacs window.
Thanks!
Jai

I think you can use ssh -X, then start a graphical emacs. Mouse
scrolling isn't widely used in terminal applications.

It works on Linux, maybe it is a Mac terminal thing?

I think it depends on which terminal you use and on whether or not
xterm-mouse-mode is enabled. I've had trouble with it (under GNU/Linux)
but have also seen it work, tho I haven't taken the time to investigate.
