Hi,
I want to create emacs TAG files for the sources(*.cpp, *c, *.h files)
The root of the sources is say /home/asd/temp.
What is the command for that?

Try this:

find /home/asd/temp -name "*.[ch]" -o -name "*.cpp" | etags -
