Most people I know who use emacs all > use the arrows keys too. Glad to hear it. I was starting to think I was doing something wrong. Sure I have to move my hand to find the arrow keys, but the keys are easy to find without looking. More important, every once in a while I actually use a program other than Emacs. (There I admitted it.) My mind is too feeble to adapt to using different keystrokes for the same thing.
