Hi,

I have a problem:

If I invoke "emacslient --alternate-editor emacs -nw" it does not work (it says
emacslient -- unrecognized opition -w)
Seems like a bug to me? "emacslient --alternate-editor emacs" works just fine.

Any advice? How can I pass options to my "alternate editor". Where can I report
that bug (if it is one?)?

Greets,
Christian

Ok... I found a solution... I created a script emacsnw, which starts emacs -nw "$@"

But I think above beahviour is a bug!

it is documented that "-nw" must be the first option given in the
command line, just after the emacs{,client} command

At your terminal emulation! Try: emacsclient --help!
